Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends and holidays. If TSANTA is experiencing a high volume of orders, the processing time can get delayed. We’ll communicate these changes through mail or WhatsApp.

YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING DETAILS ON YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS ONCE WE SHIP THE PARCEL.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. 

Additional charge of Rs. 70 is applicable on orders placed through COD

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You can expect to receive shipment confirmation and tracking number within 2-3 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes

TSANTA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch or lost in transit by us.
